AISongGenerator.io Commercial License Agreement

1. Parties to the Agreement

This agreement is entered into by and between:

Party A (Licensor): AISONGGenerator.io (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform")
Address: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

Party B (Licensee): Platform's paid users (hereinafter referred to as the "User")

2. Definitions

3. Scope of License

3.1 The Platform hereby grants the user complete, perpetual, worldwide ownership and rights of use for all musical works generated on the platform.

3.2 The rights granted to the user include but are not limited to:

• Right to copy and reproduce works
• Right to publicly transmit and display works
• Right to adapt, translate and create derivative works
• Right to use works for commercial purposes
• Right to authorize third parties to use the works

4. User Commitments

4.1 The user commits to comply with the platform's terms of use and policies.

4.2 The user commits not to use the generated content for illegal or harmful purposes.

5. Platform Warranties

5.1 The Platform warrants that it has the necessary rights and authorization to provide the services agreed upon in this agreement.

5.2 The Platform warrants that the generated content will not infringe upon existing copyrights of third parties.

5.3 The Platform warrants that, in accordance with the open-source licenses of the underlying AI models, it has the right to grant users commercial usage rights for all music generated on the platform.

5.4 The Platform makes no warranties regarding the quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the generated content.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 The Platform shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by the user's use of the generated content.

6.2 The user shall assume all risks and responsibilities associated with the use of the generated content.
