Beauty for Ashes

When the heart breaks, thunder shakes. When the snow melts, the cold is felt.

Confusion swerls round and round, my life feels upside down..

But then the morning sun, breaks free in the new Dawn of day. Hope is the golden ray, just as the stars shines brightly in the darkest night, never alone while the moon melts away in glorious light .

Time stands still, for a moment I glance. Is this real , the pain I feel? But tomorrow may come with brand new beginnings, wonders and laughter I hear the birds singing.

I know this is not the end,it's just a storm but it will bend.

Days long past I will look back again praise God from start to end.

His hand took mine and led me through, I couldn't see sometimes but He pulled me through.

See victory is the path we walk but that's what Jesus said we will do. Defeat doesn't know my name.

Days to come I won't remember the pain. Love is what conquers it's the most powerful storm of all ..

beauty for ashes is my portion, a golden crown for a Kingly daughter. I took up my seat and placed it by Jesus's feet, fresher in His peace and at complete ease.

He ends my thirst with His living water, water to wine I'm a Miracle daughter.. one step away is my new day, the Son will break free every chain and end the tormented slaughter.
