Commercial License
The Commercial License page checks the signed-in account, shows a live agreement preview, and downloads the completed agreement directly as a PDF. You can also open Commercial License from the actions menu of a Completed song; that path preselects Specific and fills the song title and Music ID.
This guide describes the current product rules and agreement wording. The live page, current plan information, Terms of Service, and downloaded agreement remain the authority for a real use.
Check eligibility first
A signed-in account can obtain a single-song license without a subscription. Active yearly subscriptions, including eligible restored yearly entitlements, retain free general and song-specific licenses. Other users pay 100 credits the first time each completed song is licensed; downloading that same license again is free.

For a Specific license, every Music ID is checked on the server. The song must exist, belong to the signed-in user, have Completed status, and not be in Trash. A title alone does not identify the licensed work.
For a song in Previous Assets, open its download menu and choose Commercial License. This opens a single-song agreement directly, without restoring the song or using any restore allowance. Yearly eligibility includes free licenses; otherwise the first license costs 100 credits. Repeat downloads are free, and the authorization carries over if you restore the song later. The downloaded agreement uses the verified previous song title and Music ID.
Choose Personal or Company
This choice changes the licensee identity printed in the agreement.
Personal
Complete:
- Full name;
- Email;
- Phone;
- Postal address (optional);
- ID / Passport number, which the form marks optional.
The page pre-fills Full name and Email from the account when those values are available.
Save your street address, address line 2, city, state/province, postal code, and country under Profile Settings → Commercial license details. This private address is automatically filled on the license page. You can edit it for an individual agreement; changes update your account only when you choose Save address to account. Every address field is optional. Use Clear fields to omit the address from this PDF, and save afterward only if you also want to clear the address stored in your account.
Company
Complete:
- Company name;
- Registration number;
- Authorized representative;
- Email;
- Phone;
- Postal address (optional).
The preview updates from these fields. An empty postal address is omitted entirely from the preview and PDF. Other blank fields retain their existing placeholders, so proofread the full preview even when the Download button is available.
Choose General or Specific
General
General is available only to eligible yearly subscribers. The current agreement describes it as covering eligible songs, music videos, lyrics, instrumentals, images, and other generated content created by the licensee through the platform during the active yearly subscription period.
No song rows are required. Use this option only when the all-content definition in the preview matches the content and period you need to document.
Specific
Specific identifies the covered musical works by Song title and Music ID.
- A yearly subscriber can use Add to include one or more completed songs and can remove extra rows before download.
- A user without yearly eligibility selects one song per license. General and additional song rows are available only with yearly eligibility.
- Opening the page from a completed song sets Specific automatically and pre-fills that song.
For every row, use the exact Music ID from AISongGenerator. The title is included to make the PDF readable, but the download request requires Music ID.
Understand the rights shown in the agreement
The current agreement lists lawful commercial uses including advertising, film and television, social media, live streaming, public performance, digital distribution, physical media, background music, education, and other legal commercial use.
Its Scope of License section currently includes rights to:
- use, copy, store, and modify the licensed content;
- distribute, publish, publicly display, perform, and broadcast it;
- create and use new works based on the licensed content;
- synchronize it with visual media;
- remix, sample, and make lawful adaptations;
- use it in merchandise, products, software, applications, and digital products;
- allow a client, distributor, or other approved partner to exercise the listed rights when the agreement permits it;
- monetize on streaming services, social platforms, ads, games, films, podcasts, live streams, client projects, and music distribution services without revenue sharing or another platform approval.
The agreement states that rights for covered yearly-period content or named Specific songs survive later subscription expiration, cancellation, non-renewal, or termination. Download and retain the actual PDF that applies to your account and content; do not use this tutorial as a substitute for the agreement.
Know the user responsibilities and limits
The license does not remove the user's obligations. The current agreement requires compliance with platform terms and prohibits illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful use. It says the user remains responsible for publication, distribution, monetization, and legal review in the user's own use case.
The agreement also says the platform does not guarantee that generated content will meet a particular quality level, be unique, be suitable for sale, or fit a specific project. Commercial rights still depend on the applicable model, service, and subscription terms. If your project uses third-party lyrics, samples, recordings, images, voices, trademarks, or a recognizable person's appearance, make sure you separately have permission for those inputs.
For an unusual release, client contract, label delivery, exclusive-rights requirement, or regulated use, obtain appropriate legal advice before relying on the output.
Download the PDF
- Sign in and open
/commercial-license, or choose Commercial License from a Completed song. - Wait for Checking Subscription to finish. If it fails, use Retry Subscription Check.
- Choose Personal or Company and complete the licensee fields.
- Choose General or Specific. For Specific, verify every Music ID and title.
- Review the live agreement preview, including License Type, License Fee, covered works, scope, commitments, limitations, and signatures.
- Select Download License.
- Read the confirmation. Users without yearly eligibility should confirm the 100-credit message for a song not licensed before; yearly users should see that no extra cost applies.
- Select Confirm Download once.
The server checks yearly benefits and Specific-song ownership/status. When payment is required, the 100-credit deduction and the commercial license flag are committed together. Concurrent requests for the same song charge only once; an unsuccessful authorization rolls back its deduction. The browser then renders and saves an A4 PDF directly; no print dialog opens.
The filename begins with aisonggenerator-commercial-license- and uses the first song title/Music ID or all-content as its identifying part.
Verify and retain the agreement
Open the downloaded file before publishing. Confirm:
- Personal or Company identity and contact details;
- General or Specific license type;
- every covered Song title and Music ID;
- subscription-based fee wording;
- date, authorized scope, commitments, limitations, and signature blocks;
- that every page of the PDF rendered completely.
Store the PDF with the exported work and your project records. Re-downloading an already licensed song is free without an active subscription, but the retained agreement is still the clearest record of what was issued.

For unresolved eligibility, credit, or PDF problems, send the plan interval, Music ID, approximate time, displayed message, and whether the song was previously licensed using Contact Support.
